Privacy /

OmniScope processes what you type to provide search suggestions and reference articles. Article requests may be sent to Wikipedia, Wikidata or other reference-data providers, which have their own privacy policies. When the optional AI summary service is enabled, the search term and cited article excerpt may also be sent to the configured AI provider.

During an active interactive demonstration, search terms typed into the ordinary homepage or a session link are shared with the session organizer after a short pause, as disclosed on the search page. When the operator freezes incoming searches or no round is active, ordinary homepage searches are not recorded in the private session feed.

We do not request passwords, payment details or private messages. Do not enter sensitive personal information in the search box. Session records are stored on the server until the operator removes them; the operator is responsible for setting an appropriate retention policy.
